The Open Minds Partnership (CAMHS) have worked with Silvercloud Health to provide access to online support for parents and carers during the current situation.

The site has been designed by clinical experts with the aim of empowering you to think and feel better. The website includes programmes that are tailored to your needs. It contains easy to use content and interactive tools.

The online space is secure and anonymous. No identifying details are required apart from a contact e-mail address.

Many parents and carers have found the courses, groups and coffee mornings that are provided by Unique Ways  to be very supportive and helpful.

Unique Ways are a trusted Open Minds partner who receive funding to support parents/carers, including families of young people who are waiting for an ASD assessment. They can be called on 01422 343 090.

This portal contains a wealth of information for anybody working with children and young people. The bite-sized chunks of e-learning are designed to give you the confidence to identify a mental health issue and act swiftly, improving outcomes for the child or young person involved.

This site has been developed by young people and families in Calderdale. It has a wide range of wellbeing resources and helpful information and includes a section for parents/carers.
